Tips For Anxiety Relief

My boyfriend is my immediate anxiety relief. If I am with him, he really makes my day. It is very cool to be with him because he offers to do a massage for me. He told me that having a massage once in a while helps a lot in flowing blood to our body system. His massage really knocks me out for I can sleep immediately. Having a good laugh reduces stress. I really asked how I can laugh if I am just working alone at home. He said that is good to watch funny videos once in a while if you feel that you can’t concentrate on work. Listening to music is also good for it is the therapy of your soul. My boyfriend is really good about this that is why I admire him so much. It is not really bad to follow his advices but I hope it works for me.
