Makita MAC2400 – Air Compressor Reviews
Here is my air compressor review of the Makita MAC2400. Makita has been making tools for a long time. They have been making air compressors for a while now, and the Makita MAC2400 is a top notch machine. What makes it so great?
To start with it is an oil lubricated air compressor. These style of compressors last a long time. You must make sure to maintain them, and add oil. If you do, they will outlast any oil free model.
Another nice feature is the built in overload switch. It will automatically turn off if the device determines that it will overload, and damage itself. Other machines do not have this feature and will die an early death.
It has a 2.4 horse power motor. It puts out plenty to keep you will air the entire time. The 4.2 gallon twin tanks take a while to deplete, so you can run this air compressor for a long time without it loosing pressure.
